I hope that by exchanging interests, insights, and all the feels, we can encourage each other to find our truths; to live what we love and follow our hearts to make ways for a more conscious, loving world.

"I am enough. I do enough, I have enough"

"I am enough. I do enough, I have enough"

"Be content with what you have; rejoice in the way things are. When you realize there is nothing lacking, the whole world belongs to you." -Lao Tzu

Today's Mantra:

"I am enough. I do enough, I have enough"

Through comparison, expectation, and fantasizing, we often find ourselves wanting more and feeling as though we don't have enough or that we just aren't enough. We forget of all the good and abundance already present within our lives. They say that 'if you want to find happiness, you must find gratitude'. And gratitude is a whole practice in and of itself - it's something we all have, but must all practice to see it and hold it within our day to day. Once we are carried and guided by this understanding, there truly is nothing lacking and we are in control of our well-being.

Sometimes we may get caught up in times of comparison or of heavy expectation, and feel as though we aren't doing enough. We might see our friends pursuing their goals and dreams, and find ourselves stuck in a place of discomfort and self-pity. Maybe see the unease as motivation or inspiration to do more for you, but to compare is the death of joy, as we are all on our unique paths and to compare yours to another's brings us to an undesirable, dead-end. Get outside of your mind for a second, step outside of the box for a moment - revel in the imperfections that make each of us authentic and perfectly ourselves

With this awareness, we start to see the beauty in all things - the small, subtle things that brighten our lives. If we can go through our everyday with this love and appreciation for ourselves and our situation, we can flow with all that is - teaching us the importance of the people we already are and the things we already have. It helps us to open our minds to others and we are able to communicate through compassion and understanding. It shows and teaches love and respect- with this awareness, we begin the path toward freedom.

Ask yourself, "what do I have to be grateful for today?" Acknowledge all that you have, all that you are. You do enough.

You are so, so enough. Trust in the process. Reconnect from that heart space, with love and infinite gratitude.

Sending love,

xx Nene
