I hope that by exchanging interests, insights, and all the feels, we can encourage each other to find our truths; to live what we love and follow our hearts to make ways for a more conscious, loving world.

"I will accept everybody wherever they are"

"I will accept everybody wherever they are"

Today's Mantra:

"I will accept everybody wherever they are, I will remember that the only shoes I wear are my own"

This mantra reminds us not only to be kind but to also be accepting and understanding. As humans, it is easy and almost even natural for us to make judgments and assumptions. This is our way of relating something to that which we already know, to get an initial understanding of something or someone. I mean for many (most) of us, it is done subconsciously we may not even realize we're doing it at times. However, if you do find yourself going through a time where you are taking things too personally or judging people, this is a great mantra to add to your practice/process.

This is a process in cultivating awareness and compassion; it is a practice of extending acceptance within and beyond, a practice to step away from Ego and reach closer for Soul. Judging others, yourself, and assuming take up so much unnecessary energy. We must realize and for some of us, accept, that everyone is on the their personal journey. When we encounter someone whose actions we don't understand, remember that: 1) we don't know what may be going on in their lives - maybe they're just having a rough day or they are going through an illness, a heart-break, death, etc. 2) Maybe on the journey of their Soul, this is their first times karmically coming back as being human, so their level of consciousness is a bit more at the primitive stages 3) it is always a teaching, a reflection back at your own growth.

I say a reflection because truly, the way we respond to someone else's level of understanding shows us a lot about ourselves. Are we coming from a place of superiority? Of anger, judgement, impatience? See your response as a way to see yourself and where you are on your path. With this being said, however, don't judge yourself too harshly. It's all a practice, all a part of the process <3

"I will accept everybody wherever they are. I will remember that the only shoes I wear are my own."

And let us all be grateful for the shoes we wear. We are all right where we need to be.

Happy days my friends, spread the love, spread the vibrations!! One love! xx
